Dr. Haidar Eid from Gaza reminds us of December 27, 2008 when Israel attacked the civilian population it is responsible for defending. This was a massacre with approximately 1400 Palestinian deaths in contrast to 13 Israeli casualties. Dr. Eid reminds members of civil society world-wide of the need for people of conscience to take action for human rights since our governments have not even enforced resolutions they passed.
