Dimitri Lascaris is a lawyer, journalist and activist. He sat on the Shadow Cabinet of the Green Party of Canada and sponsored a resolution calling for the Green Party to support the BDS movement. In 2016, the Green Party of Canada adopted that resolution, becoming the first political party with seats in Canada’s Parliament to formally support BDS. Dimitri has also represented Palestinian solidarity activists in ground-breaking litigation involving the mis-labelling of products made in Israel’s illegal West Bank settlements.
