Ange Sahuquet is a French activist and engineer currently serving aboard the MV
Handala, a ship sailing in solidarity with the Palestinian people. Deeply
committed to justice and human rights, Ange has been actively protesting in
France since the beginning of the Israeli military campaign in Gaza. His
involvement is driven by a firm belief that everyone has a role to play in
amplifying the voices of Palestinians resisting occupation, apartheid, and
systemic oppression. Through his work at sea — including previous experience
as an engineer on a Sea Shepherd ship — Ange seeks to stand with the
oppressed and challenge government complicity and silence through civilian
action and solidarity.
