I come from the city of Porto, in northern Portugal.
I am an internationalist, ecologist, and activist for the rights of migrants with the collective “Humans Before Borders.” I believe in direct action and civil disobedience as important tools for systemic change, towards the utopia we constantly strive for.
I am a doctor by profession and many other things in my “free time.” Specialised in family medicine, but also a humanitarian physician, having worked in refugee camps and on the borders of Fortress Europe.
I have always lived close to the sea and over the years I have been learning to sail.

Sou internacionalista, ecologista e ativista pelos direitos de pessoas migrantes com o coletivo “Humans Before Borders”. Acredito na ação direta e na desobediência civil como importantes ferramentas para a mudança de sistema, rumo à utopia pela qual lutamos constantemente.
Sou médica de profissão e muitas outras coisas nos “tempos livres”. Especializada em medicina de família, mas também medica humanitária, tendo trabalho em campos de refugiados e na fronteira da Europa fortaleza.
Sempre vivi perto do mar e com os anos tenho vindo aprender a navegar.
